The Pavilion is a modern building which sits in grounds that include football pitches, a picnic area with tables and seating for up to 30 people, an Outdoor Exercise Area which is used for various classes, especially during the summer, a children’s play area and a large car park.
The building itself can accommodate up to 120 people and offers a main hall which can be sectioned off into two smaller spaces, a kitchen with serving hatch, a bar with serving hatch, sports team’s changing rooms with toilets and showers, a referee’s room also with toilets and showers, a tea making room and various disabled facilities including a disabled loo.
The Pavilion is used regularly for club and society meetings, exercise, yoga and dance classes, prayer group meetings and all kinds of parties.
How to Book
If you are interested in hiring the Pavilion for your own event, please take a look at our Pavilion FAQs page first, to find the answers to all those questions you’re likely to have.
Then, take a look at our Bookings Calendar to see when the Pavilion is available for hire and when it’s not.
Once you have found a suitable date (or dates for your hire), please go to our online Booking Form to make and pay for your booking with a debit or credit card. All bookings are provisional until we are able to confirm them but that usually does not take long during office hours.
Please note that a £250 security deposit will be added to your hire fee but this is refundable after your hire, assuming there are no issues.
