What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?

In the event of a cancellation by the Hirer 14 days or more prior to the event, a full refund will be given, providing notification of the cancellation is given in writing to the Parish Clerk.

In the event of a cancellation by the Hirer with less than 14 days’ notice, unless special circumstances apply, the amount refunded shall be on the following basis:

14 days’ notice or less 75% of hire fee + refund of deposit in full

7 days’ notice or less 50% of hire fee + refund of deposit in full

3 days’ notice or less 25% of hire fee + refund of deposit in full
